飲食店というのは、1人の店主の寿命は短い。全ては「一期一会」、コロナ前に何度か訪れた時の店主と番頭はいなかった。もっと足繁く通うべきだったのか？今更そんなことを考えても致し方ない。店舗名は「だんない」のまま。今宵は深くは聞かないことにした。
