Marugame Seimen's udon noodles are made with just three ingredients: 100% Hokkaido flour, salt, and water. The udon noodles are made in a large boiling pot using the store's noodle making machine, and
... are truly "freshly made and boiled." The noodles have a faint wheat scent and a chewy, elastic texture. The dashi stock that brings out the flavor of the udon is made in the store every day from Hokkaido kelp and dried bonito flakes, and is made several times a day to ensure that you can enjoy a fresh, flavorful dashi stock. In pursuit of the traditional flavor of udon, we are particular about the condiments we use. Add your favorite green onions, grated ginger, tempura flakes, ground sesame seeds, and more to create your own unique taste. Please try our carefully made, freshly made udon noodles.
