Our eel is grilled with a sweet sauce that has been preserved for generations for over 90 years. The skin and the surface of the meat are crispy! ! The inside is plump and juicy! ! It has a deliciousness that cannot be imitated. It's different from the Kanto-style grilling method, which only makes it soft. The eel itself is carefully selected by the eel shop, which only has a larger size for us.
