長浜の外れにあるラーメン屋さん「梅花亭」さん。天然素材の原料を使っているこだわりのラーメン屋さん。店構えは洒落たカフェの雰囲気です。
夜の開店一番乗りで訪問しました。カウンター席に案内され、メニューを眺めます。自然派志向の案内も記された分厚いメニュー本の中から、「梅花ラーメン」に決めます。同時に気になっていた「杏仁豆腐」も注文。
運ばれてきた「梅花ラーメン」ですが、見た目も美しく映えます。2種類の焼豚に葉物、それになんと梅のジュレがトッピング。赤さが映えます。
その梅を溶かしながら塩ベースの出汁になじませていただくと、はじめほんの少し違和感をかんじたものの、舌が慣れてくると、美味いです。サッパリした味の出汁になりますね。
柔らかめの麺に2種類の焼豚が食感の違いと味の違いを楽しませてくれます。なかなかレベルの高いラーメンです。
ラーメンだけではなく「杏仁豆腐」も絶品でした。自家製のこだわりのスイーツですが、あっさり系の味。和やらかな食感にアーモンドの風味、上品な味わいです。
まさか、ラーメン屋に「杏仁豆腐」があるとは思いませんでしたが中華料理屋さんにはありますからね。これは、自慢できる杏仁豆腐です。
