Born in a sake brewery with a history of more than 460 years, Shichihonyari is carefully brewed little by little, with the utmost care for the "local" part of local sake. We use carefully selected raw rice, mainly water from the Okuibuki Mountains and rice grown by local farmers, and each cup is prepared using the traditional bitter cold method, resulting in a deep flavor that is indispensable for our cuisine.
