出雲来たらとりあえずやっぱりのどぐろでしょとなりちょうど通りがかったところにあったわやさんにお邪魔した
最初の刺身盛り合わせが美味しかった、お通しも美味しかったので料理も期待
のどぐろは残り3尾、こちらも3人という事で1人1尾頂いた、可愛いサイズののどくろだったけどやっぱりうまい
蛸からも吸盤の唐揚げがコリコリして美味しい、基本的に素材が美味しいんだけど仕事が安定してて料理に安心感がある
聞くとご主人は東京で修行したとの事、それが自分の地元だったので更にご縁を感じる、旅先の店ってこれ大事だよね、美味しいことが前提だけど更に愛着湧く
ここの締めは魚介のスープで作ったラーメンわや麺これがまた絶品、必ず迷わず食べてほしい
