以前来店した際にいただいた「のどぐろの炙り丼」の感動が忘れられず、再訪問しました。
いざ、何年かぶりののどぐろ丼！！
「ん？こんなんだったか？」
と残念に思いました。
美味しいです。美味しいんですが、以前のような感動がありませんでした。
・のどぐろの厚みが以前より薄くなっている？
・だからなのか、「炙り」ではなく、のどぐろに火が通り過ぎている。
1,800円と決して安くはない価格です。
季節の問題なのか、物価上昇の影響なのか…
致し方ない部分もあるかもしれませんが、あの頃の「のどぐろ炙り丼」をまた食べたいなぁという思いを込めて、⭐︎2.9です。
