食べたく前から気になっていたこちらに
お邪魔しました。
開店直後に行ったのでお客さんはあまり
いなかったが食べている間にどんどん増え
すぐに満席になったあたり人気の高さが
うかがえる。
席につき気になるものをオーダー。
まずはタンから。
別盛りタイプでありがたい。
いつも思うが最初からネギ乗ってるタイプの
タンはどうやってひっくり返すんだろ?
さっと焼いてたっぷりのネギとレモンでいただく。
ジューシーで柔らかく、美味しい(*´﹃`*)
次にタンゲタ。
先程述べたネギ乗ってるタイプ。
ひっくり返すと見事にネギが網から
落ちていきました(笑)
歯ごたえがあり、噛むほどに旨みがあり美味しい。
次に三種盛りと上肩ロース。
三種盛りは特上幻カルビ、特上カルビ、
上カルビのセット。
どれも綺麗にサシが入っており並べると
サシの量の違いがわかる。
どれも脂の甘味、旨味を感じるが、柔らかさ
がそれぞれ違うと感じました。
サシが多いとカルビもロースもバカ舌の自分じゃ
あまり違いがわからないことを確認(•́3•)
一通り食べた感想。
上質の肉をリーズナブルに食べれるお店。
またスタッフの丁寧な対応も好印象でした。
またスタミナつけたいときにお邪魔します!

Three kinds of special kalbi with salted Salted beef tongue onion and beef ribs Misuji Pot-pickled skirt steak Grilled beef tendon and Cold Noodles Pak Kimchi Pak Bingsu I went here to get some energy to fight off summer fatigue, just like last time! I ordered what I wanted to eat and what caught my eye. First, the Pak Kimchi. I think it's kimchi made with thin green onions, and it's delicious! Two of them are enough to drink a glass of beer (lol) The three kinds of kalbi with salted green Salted beef tongue are as delicious as ever! The misuji is just as fatty as the three kinds, but although it's not as greasy as the kalbi, it has a rich and gentle flavor that's delicious (*´﹃`*) It's soft, but has a bit of a chewy texture, and has a strange texture. I don't usually eat it after eating meat, but it's hot, so I had shaved ice to finish off the meal. It was refreshing and refreshing for my body that was hot from the beer. My impression after eating everything. I discovered that the kimchi is delicious as well as the meat! If I want to get some energy again, I'll come back for the meat and kimchi!
