セノバで映画後に近くの ととやさんでおさかなと今日は日本酒呑むぞ、のお食事を。間口の狭い所謂ペンシルビルですが丸ごとお店、なんですね。二階の相席テーブルにご案内~。とりあえずのビールはグラスで少しにして置きましょう~。店主おまかせ鮮魚5点盛り、さざえ・かつお・〆さば・いわし・くちみだい(ふえふきだい)・ぶり・・・って6種?さざえは貝だからかな?うれしい!♪ととやさんの名に恥じぬ鮮度・厚切りですっ!あめ~らトマト、糖度レヴェルが違うっ!黒はんぺんフライ、厚みのご立派好いお品♪桜えび げんこつ揚げ、今季希少な桜えびたっぷり。天つゆ・お塩でさっくさくいただけます。國香(こっこう)純米吟醸”傳一郎”、すっきりとしながら余韻が綺麗なお酒。鮪ほっぺステーキ、ほほ肉とは珍しい。肉感スゴイ。お味強めでお酒がススム甘辛照り焼き仕様です。生牡蠣・岩牡蠣も立派な鮮度良し味好しですう~♡高知よりお越しの美丈夫が切れてて同郷の久礼(くれ)、香り高くコク深め。苦味甘味がほのかに来てキレがシャープにきりっとしてます。このタイミングで相方さん枝豆追加!わさび味とは珍しい。これも、好い♪一ノ蔵発泡清酒すす音、こりゃあ初心な味わいで〆にさっぱりといいっ!大変満足ととやさん、個室でしっぽり飲めたら完璧だよなあ~。無い物ねだりですが。自信を持ってお勧めできますお魚ぴかイチととやさん。

I was invited to a meal at Totoya near Shin-Shizuoka. It was a private room-style venue at the back of the third floor. Seafood was of high quality, the food was delicious, and the drinks and conversation flowed well. Appetizer: Namashirasu with vinegared miso, sea urchin, plum jellyfish, octopus and mozuku seaweed, wasabi edamame, sashimi: fresh fish of the day, Ariake raw oysters, Omaezaki bigfin reef squid, tendon toro, bonito, grilled food: rare fried wild winter yellowtail, green papaya salad, homemade yuzu sauce, purple cabbage, autumn lotus root, seasonal vegetables: bite-sized Sushi of Hokkaido raw sea urchin, Simmered dish Lake Hamana clams, winter melon, jumbo shiitake mushrooms with white miso, needle onions, and stealth ginger, rice: clay pot rice with sea bream marinated in salted koji, sweet fruit: chewy almond tofu kneaded with bracken powder, yuzu apple
