灰色がかったのれんの向うは京都菊乃井仕込みの和の世界だった。
和職人は腕を見せたい時、味は椀で、見せるのは八寸である。
そのどちらもスゴイという職人はそういない。

主にとって料理が「仕事」ということではなく興味と情熱を注ぐ対象なんだろうなと感じられて、お客にとって理想的な姿勢を持った料理人さんだ...
店内はカウンターとお座敷があり、お座敷は掘りごたつ式になっているので足は楽です。
大将は若いけど、とても対応が良いので、次回はカウンターで頂きたいです。
