母が生前お世話になっていた叔母達を招待してランチを頂きに静岡に帰省しました。
4月に続いて今年2回目の会食で選んだのは焼津市の割烹「どんた久」。
朝から生憎の雨でしたが、評判通りの料理で、最後まで楽しませていただきました。
ごちそうさまでした。
①先付け（つぶ貝、子持ち昆布）
つぶ貝は内臓を取ってあり、苦手な人も大丈夫。
子持ち昆布はプリプリ、コリコリしていて、新鮮そのもの。
②揚げ茄子の山芋掛け
山芋のとろろには甘みがありました。何か調味料を加えてあるんだろうか？
③お刺身盛り合わせ（アジ、カツオ、マグロのヅケ、マグロの中トロ、ヒラメ）
ワサビ用の醤油皿とショウガ用の醤油皿と2つ、用意されています。芸が細かい！
④焼き魚（さわら）
この焼き加減がホクホクした柔らかさで絶品でした。
⑤松茸の茶碗蒸し
スプーンですくうと松茸の香りが口の中に広がります。
⑥天ぷら（海老、山芋の海苔巻き、牡蠣の海苔巻き。シシトウ）
巻いた海苔の中に山芋が入っていて、それを天ぷらにしてあります。牡蠣入りと2種類あります。
海老はしっぽまで衣がついており、食べてもいいですよというのが一目で分かります。パリパリしておいしかったです。また、頭を取り、胸の部分だけ衣なしで揚げ、身に刺してあります。
