Located in Yaizu Fish Center, Tekkaya is a donburi specialty restaurant that boasts outstanding freshness. Tekkaya's seafood donburi is a little different. It is directly managed by Sumaru Suisan, a fish shop that has been in business for 51 years, so you can enjoy an exquisite seafood donburi that lives up to its name, using plenty of fresh seafood. The deliciousness of the tuna, the bouncy texture of the shrimp, and the crunchy texture of the salmon roe are second to none! The most popular are the "Today's Recommended Donburi" and the "Southern Maguro Chutoro Donburi". The "Makanai Donburi" is available in limited quantities. We have "Shizuoka Bakushu", a freshly brewed draft beer made by the Sapporo Beer Yaizu Factory that can only be drunk in Shizuoka Prefecture (takeout is also available). You can also drink Yaizu City's local sake "Iso Jiman" and Fujieda City's local sake "Shita Izumi". There is also a full menu of single dishes and nigiri sushi. If you like alcohol, you can have a drink with fresh fish, shellfish, and sashimi! Some of the ingredients for the bowl, such as tuna, whitebait, shrimp, and shellfish, can be purchased at Sumaru Suisan on Red Street inside the Sakana Center! They also provide ice packs and dry ice so you can take them home for a long time. |
