First visit to a very popular French cuisine in Yaizu, Shizuoka that is difficult to reserve. This restaurant is located about 7.8 minutes by taxi from Yaizu Station and has only 8 seats at the counter. The fish we use is purchased from Sasue Maeda Fish Shop, and you can enjoy dishes made with fresh Suruga Bay fish caught by fixed nets or by swimming, and local ingredients. The chef personally goes to the fishing port to purchase fresh seafood that was just swimming there. He came to Yaizu from Hiroshima because he fell in love with the fish from Sasue Maeda Uoten, which was used as an ingredient at the famous restaurant in Hiroshima where he originally trained as a chef. The texture and rich flavor of the clams and wakame are amazing.
