富士市大淵の「そば切り 遊玄」さんへ初めてお邪魔。
店の前には茶畑が広がり、隠れ家みたいなお店ですね。
「せいろ」と「禅味（挽きぐるみ）」の両方を食べてみたかったので、お決まりセットを注文。ごまプリン付きで¥1,300也。
「せいろ」も二八そばですが香りは強いです。そば自体は長くありませんから、喉越しはあまり期待できません
「禅味」も同じく二八。挽きぐるみですから、色も香りもとても強いです。
こちらを「藻塩」で頂くと、軽い甘味を感じます。不思議ですね。ただし喉越しは皆無。蕎麦の長さも数センチしかありません。ツルツルではなくムシャムシャ。
香りメインか、喉越しメインかで好みが分かれるお店ですね。
