It is a Sushi shop that mainly sells local and inshore products with the auction rights of the Numazu fish market. Suruga Bay, located at the foot of Mt. Fuji, is the deepest fishing ground in Japan,
...and is home to about 1,200 species of fish. A variety of seafood sent directly from the best fishing ground in Suruga Bay called "Numazu".
