◇5 minutes walk from Mishima Hirokoji Station ◇ Enjoy fresh fish just landed in Suruga Bay and local sake! A long-established Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) ◎
Along Prefectural Route 51. ``Sandaime Uosada'' is a Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can enjoy local Shizuoka fish and alcohol. The owner is the third generation of a fish shop that has |
On this day, I will be staying in Mishima, so I will have dinner there. (As of R5.4.23 Tabelog 3.07 points Google 4.0 points) This shop was originally a fish shop that has been in business for 70 years. ((o(*´∀`*)o))Exciting♪ The location is about a 4 minute walk from Mishima Hirokoji Station on the Izu Hakone Railway, and a 5 minute walk from Mishima Tamachi Station. There are Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and snack bars near the shop, so if you look carefully, you'll probably find a lot of things to enjoy. The store is located along the main street and is a single-family building. There seems to be a third floor part of the building. The entrance can be entered smoothly without any steps. There is one step after entering the store. There are no handrails. When you enter the store, there are counter seats in front of you, table seats on your right and left, and there are also table seats on the second floor. It's quite large for a box. The menu includes a complete range of drinks, including a wide variety of whiskey and shochu, with some sold by the bottle. There is a separate menu for sake, but they have all kinds of Isojiman, which is representative of Shizuoka Prefecture, as well as other famous sake from all over the country. Also, it's nice that they have Hoppy, which I like ^^b This makes me happy ♪ The food menu is sashimi, which is the store's highlight, and this is a great lineup. Tuna medium fatty tuna, amberjack, bonito, grunt, red sea bream, yellowtail, sole, and scallops. What's also great is that they have routes to purchase from all over the country. If you make a reservation in advance, they will also provide you with items that are not available here, such as abalone and other high-quality fish. What's even more surprising is that all of the sashimi comes with a Japanese radish. lol(*゚o゚*)w Even though there are shops in Shizuoka that use paste wasabi, this commitment is amazing. They also have fried foods from today's recommended menu, but surprisingly they seem to be good at meat as well. Looking at the regular menu, there are non-fish options, and there are also plenty of vegetable options. The finishing dishes are also good, and with this lineup, it feels more like a popular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with delicious sashimi rather than a fish Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). For now, let's have a kaku highball as usual (^ ^)/U☆U\(^ ^)Company Is the appetizer herring roe? It has a texture similar to kelp with roe and seems to be attached to wasabi. I looked it up and it seems like it's called Diamond Salad. This wasabi flavor. And macaroni salad. The taste of the diamond salad is not to my liking. The macaroni salad is good ^^b If I'm going to order sashimi, can I order two single items in half? When I told him that, I couldn't do it, so how about a single serving of the carefully selected sashimi platter? That's what he said. I see. I asked if that was okay. This sashimi comes with wasabi, and although it was small as it was for one person, it had a nice aroma and was delicious. After this, I ordered chicken Gyoza / Dumpling, fluffy yam yam, and whitebait garlic Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). On the way, I also ordered Hoppy and sake. We stayed a little long, but the food and drinks were delicious. [b: - Taste evaluation -] Assortment of carefully selected sashimi (medium fatty tuna, bonito, red sea bream) All the sashimi was of good quality, as expected from an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the style of a fish shop. The medium-fatty fatty tuna and red sea bream are well-aged. The bonito was extremely delicious. I think the service that comes with Motoyama Aoi is very good, but I wonder how many customers understand how good Motoyama Aoi is. If you think about it, maybe it's an option? I don't know anything about the ecology of Shizuoka people, so I can't say anything about it (;'∀') Toriten (special yuzu salt) I wanted to eat something warm, so I was thinking about fried horse mackerel, but in terms of quantity I decided on this. I ordered it because I thought it would be better. The chicken used is very delicious, and the batter is crispy and fried. It said it was yuzu salt, but I didn't really taste the yuzu, so maybe I could use easily available seaweed salt? Chicken Skin Gyoza / Dumpling Chicken skin Gyoza / Dumpling with plenty of gravy. The filling is delicious and the skin is nice. Is this the menu you want to order first? Fluffy Yamagoyaki I like this kind of menu very much (∀ ∀) It seemed that it would take a lot of time and effort, so I used to make a lot of mixers. (^人^) Thank you ♪ The taste is very good, and this is a menu item that I want to order every time ♪ It's fluffy and I eat it with soup stock, and this soup stock also does a good job. Recommended ^^b I was thinking about what to go with the whitebait Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), but I couldn't decide between carbonara udon, so I decided on this one, which is hearty. The taste is very good. It has a very nice garlic scent, which I expected, and it also contains onions, but the onions are sweet and very delicious. It goes well with whitebait ^^b [b:-Overview-] The food is delicious. However, it feels more like an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with delicious sashimi than Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). However, each dish is delicious and of a high standard. I think it would be even better if the menu was developed. Maybe you want one surprising menu item that will look great on Instagram? (Pizza with lots of whitebait or Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)?) What bothered me a little was that the restaurant was quiet. It's so quiet that I feel like I can't have any conversation, so I can't really relax and drink. I think it would be nice to have a TV or some background music playing. They have a wide variety of sake and shochu, which is great ^^b I was also concerned that the floor was sticky, so maybe it needs to be wiped down a little? Thank you for your continued support p(*^-^*)q Good luck♪
