宿泊した【古屋旅館】でも、朝食オプションには『釜つるの干物』があるほどに、熱海では名産品である【釜つる】さんの干物。
朝食では名産品のひとつである鯵の干物をいただき、歩いていった先の釜つるさんではお土産におしゃぶりこんぶを買いました。
他にも店頭には本日入っている干物のお魚の種類がわかるように掲示され、その他も海産物のお土産がいっぱい。
干してある干物の見本には海外のお客様が興味深げに見入ってました。
確かに、欧米には燻製やオイル漬けなどはよく見るけれど、干物ってないのかな!?
名物の干物はもちろん、お茶漬けやふりかけなどの乾物もいろいろ。
ちょっとした雑貨も置いてありました。
朝食でいただいた由緒ただしい干物は周りはカリッと身はふっくら。
塩気も辛すぎずちょうど良かったです。
お店の方では国内外からたくさんの旅行者の方々が列を成し、人気の程がうかがえました。
地のもののお土産を買うのにも最適でした、ご馳走様でした。
