また美味しいお食事をいただきました。
すき焼きの割り下にもこだわりを感じました。
八寸も見て楽しめ、出し方もいい。
冷たいものを冷たく、温かい方がおいしいものは温かく。
揚げ物は揚げ始める時間をコントロール。
個室、今回はお庭が楽しめるお部屋、エントランスも素晴らしいですがお料理をいただく場所も重要です。
私が伺った際には佐藤や魔王、日本酒も豊富であえて地酒をいただきました。
有名な企業の社長の名前が本日ご来店のお客様の名札にあり、要人達も徳島に伺った際には接待で使うのかもしれません。
迎えて下さる方々からのおもてなしの心、これが何より日本のいいところですね。

創業80年はダテじゃない、
みなさんのいい口コミをみて四国を旅行中に予約して笹乃庄さんへ、夜伺いましたが結果本当に良かったです。
徳島らしさを探し日本料理を頂けるお店を探していましたがどこも敷居が高そうでダメ元で予約、非常に気さくな女将さんで地産地消のお料理を堪能できました！
なんか、旅行中くらいご飯は外したくなかったのですごいお得な気分でした。
たまたま仕事で伺った際取引先で笹乃庄さんの季節弁当を頂く機会がありました。毎月の旬の食材だそうでおいしくいただきました。
お店の方いわく、法事などでかなり週末は繁盛しているようなので平日が狙い目かも。

徳島での特別な一席で「笹乃庄」さんへ。
外せない会食だったので完全個室、仲居さんのおもてなしが充実している同店を予約しました。（3回目の訪問です）
予約すると立札に名前が入るのでクライアントの名前をお女将に伝えると生憎同じ時間帯にクライアントの競合が予約していたらしく、エントランスやエレベーターで鉢合わせないようご配慮いただきました。
少し早くついたので趣のあるエントランスやロビーを徘徊。
調度品なのであろう、創業80年の重みを感じます。
会食時、女将さんにご配慮いただきました。
お陰様でお客様と一緒にお料理と地酒を楽しむことができました。
お料理は季節会席。
八寸からスタートしすき焼き、鳴門の鱧と天然鯛、本鮪をキンキンに冷えたかまくらで。
全て写真に収めることは叶いませんでしたが本当に良かったです。
