お任せコース飲み放題付き＝８千円を予約して、平日の１８時に初訪問。今日も予約で満席。2人用の不思議なカウンターに着席。お隣は大阪から来られたお一人様。飲み放題付きのお任せコースなので、まずは角ハイボール。刺し盛りがすぐに出てくる。
刺し盛り・カンパチの塩焼き・鱧の葱まみれと旨旨。日本酒は飲み放題の中の徳島縛りで、今小町→瓢太閤己道→芳水を呑みました。あっさりとしているお酒が多い印象。
好きかどうか聞かれてから出てきた天然の岩牡蠣。最近食べた記憶の中では最上位に美味しい。徳島の日本酒ともよく合う。お隣さんとも色々お話しして、テレビの阪神vs楽天戦を眺めながら良い気分。
次に出てきたのが鳴門鯛のあら炊き。見間違いかと思うボリューム。三段重ね…2段まではしゃぶり尽くしたがギフアップ。そこから蛸の酢味噌、握り鮨6カンと出てきて料理は終了。あら炊きと鮨は残してしまった…
2時間できっちり8,800円払って、タクシー呼んでもらって駅に向かいました。タクシーも又全国最安値のタクシー。初乗りが５７０円。そこそこ乗ると東京のタクシーの半額ぐらいになるらしい。徳島の物価恐るべしでした。
