徳島の魚吟酒場に久しぶりに来店。娘のお誕生日を祝うために立ち寄りました。食べログでお席の予約ができます。
５年前に感動したお付きだしのわかめのしゃぶしゃぶは健在。お造り盛り合わせは徳島の魚介を満喫できました。
地元の方に愛されているのも納得。鱧の天ぷらは店舗の技量が試されるお料理ですが、ふわふわサクサクで娘も満足していました。
