食べログアワード及び寿司百名店の【ほかけ】に再訪問しました。
1週間前にネット予約し、11時半に入店できました。
以下の料理をいただきました。
●ほかけ特製ばらちらし6,600円
ばらちらしはランチのみ提供されるメニューです。前回と同様にばらちらしをいただきました。相変わらずに美味しかったです。時代に流れさない寿司職人の技術と伝統に尊敬の念を抱いており、次回は「お好み」のスタイルで楽しんでみたいと考えています。
