夜に利用
同ビル内のレストランとプティは利用したことあるがこちらは初。
開店当初はプティオザミとして営業してた2階部分をオザミ・デ・ヴァンとして営業してるよう。
コース構成とか営業形態自体はプティとそれほどは変わりない印象だがワインの方により力を入れる感じでしょうか。
頂いたのは冷前菜、温前菜、メインのプリフィクスコース。
内容は以下
・牡蠣のポッシェ
凄いハデ。まさかこんな前菜だとは思わなかった。生ではなく一応加熱してあるがプリプリの食感は損なってない。赤ワインと合わせたエシャロットとレモンで。
・ホタルイカ・エスカルゴ・キノコのブルゴーニュ風バター焼き
地味な見た目ですがビストロっぽい料理で良い感じです。ホタルイカの存在感がもっとあれはなお良かった。
・ピレネー産乳飲み仔羊のロースト ブーランジェール添え
部位はジゴ。アニョードレらしくピンク色ぽい色味でジゴながらほとんど咀嚼の必要がないくらい柔らかい。南仏っぽくジュ・ダニョーにバジルのオイルを合わせて。ブーランジェールにもアニョーの肉と香りがあり。勿論キャレが良かったがピレネーのアニョードレは意外にジゴも悪くなかった。
・高貴なプリン/本日のタルト
オザミグループは多々利用してるが名物の高貴はプリンはこのビジュアルは見た記憶がないので初めてかも。通常のプリンのような形状は保っておらずカラメルの塊っぽいのと混ぜて頂くような感じ。面白いです。美味かった。タルトはイチゴ。オーソドックスなクレームダマンドとパティシエールで。外さない美味さ。
移転前の印象は良くなかったが結構満足。
レストランの方でお世話になったサービスの方を呼びつけ話で散々捕まえた後退店
