ランチのショートコースながら数々の受賞歴に裏打ちされたクオリティを堪能
平日ランチタイムに訪問。此方ではランチタイムにパエリアに加えフィデウアも一人用から提供。
店内は赤（テーブルクロス）と白（壁）を基調としており明るい雰囲気。ディナータイムは照度を落としランチとは異なる雰囲気を演出しているとのこと。
平日限定のパエリアランチセットをオーダー。
■グラスのCAVA（クーポンを利用）：泡立ちのよい辛口
■サラダ：
ハモンセラーノ入り。シーザーサラダ風でドレッシングが美味しい。
■3種類のタパス：
タコのガリシア風、スパニッシュオムレツ、生ハムコロッケの盛り合わせ。いずれもタパスの基本メニュー。
■手長海老のフィデウア（5種類のパエリアから選択）：
サーブまでの所要時間は25分程度。具材はシンプルに手長海老と有頭海老のみ。パスタ麺は魚介の濃厚なエキスをたっぷり吸って旨味が凝縮。焦げ目があれば非の打ち所がない。
■デザート（ケーキとソルベ）＆食後のドリンク
世界的なコンクールでパエリアやフィデウアの受賞歴があるようだが、ランチのショートコースながらそのクオリティを堪能。

平日ランチタイムに再訪。都内に数店舗展開するびいどろグループの旗艦店。落ち着いた年齢層の女性客が中心。平日限定のパエリアランチセット（税込2,200円）をいただいた。
■ 乾杯ドリンク（クーポン利用）
■ サラダ：
生ハムがトッピングされたスモールポーションのサラダ。シーザードレッシングが美味しい。
■ タパス盛り合わせ：
タコのガリシア風・スパニッシュオムレツ・クリームコロッケ（説明では生ハムコロッケだったが生ハムを確認出来ず）の3種盛り。
■ メイン（5種のラインナップから選択）：
フィデウアを選択。具材はシンプルに手長海老と有頭海老のみ。こちらでは太麺パスタを使用（バルセロナでは細麺パスタばかりいただいた）。
水分の飛ばしが不十分で焦げ目がない点が残念だが、味は申し分ない。
■デザート＆食後のドリンク：
デザートはプチケーキとソルベの盛り合わせ。ドリンクはホットコーヒーをいただいた。
接客が丁寧で心地よい。ボトルワインは4,400円〜22,000円の値付け。ランチでも予約した方が無難。
