久々のびいどろ。昭和の頃から在り続ける都内のスパニッシュの中では老舗中の老舗。
地下にある店の中は、さほど広くはなく、スパニッシュらしくあちこちで大きな笑い声が響きわたります。静けさを求める方には向いていません。大人数でわいわいやるのには最高です。
この日はスタンダードコースを注文。
前菜でホワイトアスパラのサラダ。どこどこ産です、って説明がありましたが、缶詰ものでちょっと残念。そしてマッシュルームのアヒージョ。ステーキ。魚介のパエリアと続き、デザートまで。
乾杯ドリンクはスペインのビールやカバのグラスで。その後は6人で白、赤と、計2本あけまして、お会計はひとり9000位でした。
お味は、まぁスパニッシュなので、って話ですが、昔からある、日本人の舌に寄せた感じで、誰を誘っても安心して楽しめると思います。
でも、フロアサービスはちょっと残念ですかね・・・まだ慣れていない方だったのかもしれません。皿の出し方、下げ方、ワインの抜栓や注ぎ方、全部がちょっと・・・な感じでした。頑張って精進してください。
