「2015年8月」
今までのシェフが独立されて築地にお店を出したと連絡がありましたが、代わられた新しいシェフの御料理を初めて頂きました。
食後に支配人から新しいシェフをご紹介頂きました。
残念ですが印象に残る料理は無く、いままでのASOの料理とは違いました。
恐らくミシュランの星を落としてしまうことになってしまうと思います。
非常に残念でした。
サービス、ワインは素晴らしいので、雰囲気と食事を楽しめる環境は今までと変わっていません。
申し訳ございませんが、食べログの料理と総合点数は下げさせて頂きます。
大好きなお店で、いつもX'mas、誕生日を過ごしたお店が落ちていくのを見るのはすごく寂しいです。
10年以上通った大好きなお店が良くなって欲しいです。
食事を終えて支配人、シェフと料理が良くなり、お店に皆さんがたくさん来られるように、何をすると良いかをみんなでお話しました。

飛び込みでお邪魔させて頂いてから８年以上になります。
いつも素晴らしい接客をして頂ける最高のレストランです。
この日も近くで「サラ・ブライトマン」のコンサートが終わってお邪魔させて頂き、非常に遅い夜の１０時からフルコースを用意してくださいました。
お客様の満足をいつも追求してくださる最高のお店です。
料理：4.5
料理が素晴らしいのですが、演出（見せ方）が綺麗で最高です。
いつも、メニューに無いミートソーススパゲティを作って頂きますが、お客様の好みを聞いてくださり、メニューに無くてもお客様が喜ぶ料理を提供してくださいます。
８年間に２度ほど、ブルゴーニュワインのテースティングをした際に、「味と香りが良くない」と感じて同じボトルをもう１本出していただいたことがありますが、その時の、嫌な顔１つしないで提供いただけました。
サービス：4.5
初めてお邪魔させて頂きましたクリスマスの夜も、１日に２回入れ替えをされていましたが、個室を用意くださり、時間の制限もなくお食事を頂くことができました。
日本で一番美味しい、サービスの素晴らしいイタリアンレストランだと思います。

５年ぶりにお邪魔いたしました
アルジェントASO(イタリアン)時代は、ミシュラン２つ星を獲得し、月に何度も、毎月お邪魔していました。
２フロワーの贅沢な空間が大好きでした。
料理はイタリアンからフレンチに変わり、絵画は「ベルナール・ビュフェ」に変わり、店名も変わり、現在はミシュランの星も無くなり、新しいお店になっていました。
久しぶりみお邪魔したのですが、残念なことに、２０２４年３月末に「閉店」になってしまうそうです。
料理：3.0
以前は、ここでしか食べられない個性があり、とても美味しいイタリアンでした。
現在は、和風フレンチというような料理に、大きく変わっていました。
美味しいのですが、印象に残る料理ではありませんでした。
雰囲気：4.5
２フロアーを贅沢に使い、素晴らしい雰囲気のお店です。

５年ぶりにおとずれても、結婚記念日のプレートを用意下さいました。
