13時過ぎに平日初訪問！
1人で訪問しましたが、個室に案内していただき、個室の照明が凄い傾いてるのが、気になりましたが、お店の雰囲気は和で落ち着いた雰囲気...!!
数量限定の穴子のちらしがまだあるとの事のため、数量限定の穴子のちらし ￥1,350-を注文。
◾️穴子のちらしについて
提供までは比較的早く、5分程で提供...。
穴子1本と錦糸玉子、とびっこ、いくら、キュウリでご飯が見えない程たっぷり具材が敷き詰められており、その下には刻み海苔とガリがたっぷり。
早速アナゴを頂くと、穴子がとても柔らかく甘めのタレがたっぷり掛かってますが、少しタレによる甘さが強いのかな？？ という印象...
そして穴子の味を活かすよりかはタレの味に偏ってしまったチラシ丼になってしまってるかな？？ と感じました。
お皿(丼)を持って食べた際に下にご飯がビッシリついてるのが少し残念でした。
