もう何度目かのわらやき屋となりました
だいぶ食べるのも慣れてきて似かよってます(笑)
●名物は言わずもがな火柱を高く焼き上げる「かつおの藁焼き塩たたき」
この分厚くカットされたかつおに塩とニンニク、薬味でシンプルにいただくことで口の中にふわーっと香りが立ちあがります
その他、藁焼きメニューよりたくさんあって目移りしちゃうんだけど厳選メニューで…
●にんにく醤油に漬け込みクセになるお味「土佐はちきん地鶏もも肉」
●スモーク香りがお酒にあう「カマンベールチーズ」
●今回初体験！ただの炙りより深みが違う「スルメイカ」
その他、牛タンやウズラの玉子もいただいたよー
何故だろう？土佐料理って美味しい揚げ物たくさんで、選びきれない～
って悩んでたら今回人数多かったので特別に7名用の盛り合わせにしてもらっちゃいました！
とても見栄え良く高知でいう皿鉢盛りっていうんですって
出てきた瞬間わ～っ！と歓声がわきます(^_-)

●煎餅のようなさっくり感「青さ海苔の天ぷら」
●高知のチキン南蛮はオーロラソース「若鶏の高知南蛮揚げ」
●甘くてホクホク！まるでデザートのよう「芋天」
●女子必食！コラーゲンたっぷり「うつぼの唐揚げ」
●ファンがネットで話題に「かつお揚げ」
●カリカリのきびなごを甘辛タレで絡めていただきます「きびなごケンピ」
などなど、どれも甲乙つけがたく皆さん好みも分かれますね～
その他、単品メニューからは…
●お通しの「野菜スティック ディップチョイス」ディップは青さマヨ、かつおの食べるラー油、生姜味噌的なヤツより好きな味、マイディップを選んで！
●「かつおの酒盗クリームチーズ」辛口甘口2種あったのでどちらも注文！私の好みは甘口だったけど、酒飲みは辛口でした
●濃厚コラーゲンスープの「土佐はちきん地鶏の水炊き」
●〆には欠かせない「炙り鯖棒寿司」
●デザートにはさっぱりの「土佐文旦シャーベット」「アイスクリン」
と、今回は人数もいたので種類をたくさん食べれたのは良かったです！
