銀座３丁目、地下鉄の銀座駅が最寄りですが、有楽町駅や銀座一丁目駅からも割合と近くであります。ビルの５階、やや長細い店内には、カウンター席、半個室が並んでいます。奥に個室も。
ビール３杯、日本酒１杯、料理３品、デザートで〆て、６５２０円でした。ビールは、プレモルとＰＳＢ。ＰＳＢは、あっさりした感じなので、料理の伴にはいいかな。日本酒は、初見の青森ねぶた。さらっとした感じかな。お通しは、トマトのジュレがけ。今の季節には合いそう。個人的にはトマト好きじゃないけど。まず、穴子の煮こごり。穴子の味が凝縮された感じ。２品目は、豆腐とアボカドの揚げ出し。湯葉掛けね。アボカドが意外と出汁に合うんだな。３品目、羊が品切れだったので、牛すじ煮込み。八丁味噌仕立てなんで、濃い味の好きな人にはいいかも。個人的には、ご飯かパンが欲しくなる味ですかね。最後は、二色葛まんじゅう。日向夏とカボス味。いずれも、さっぱりというか、すっきりというか、〆にはいいかと。
結論としては、銀座の味を満喫するには充分。ただ、日本酒とか料理とか、欲望のままに注文すると、軽く１万超えそうなんで、まあ覚悟？
