先日、銀座で娘と買物した後の
ごはんに、こちらへ。
色々な飲食店が入ってるビルの5階で
銀座駅から2分くらい。
シャンディガフで乾杯。
サイズが大きめですね〜。
お通しは、ちぢみほうれん草
きのこ和風ジュレ。
ちぢみほうれん草がダシで
美味しいですね。
◇日本一こだわり卵の卵かけごはん
兵庫県加古川の卵と、
青天の霹靂のごはんでいただきます。
卵がコクがあって美味しい卵かけごはんが
味わえます。
◇有機野菜と揚げ茄子・きのこ・トマトの
サラダ
揚げ茄子ときのこが、サラダを
味わい深く美味しくしてくれます。
◇海峡サーモンと生ウニ・生ハム・いくら
のカルパッチョ
カルパッチョが、宝石箱のような
豪華なキラキラしたもの。
贅沢な美味しさ。盛り方も美しい。
◇こまい
七輪で、焼いてこまいを食べる
のはなかなか無いので、美味しくて
良いですね。七味マヨネーズも合います。
◇極上肉二点盛り合わせ
北海道産 羊もも肉と、青森県産 豚ヒレ肉
こちらも七輪で焼くのですが、
ヒマラヤ岩塩を削ってお肉に付けて食べたり
薬味も沢山。
新鮮で美味しいお肉は、ジューシーで
肉厚で幸せですね。
何を食べても美味しくて見た目が美しい
美味しいごはんを、また食べに行きたいです。
