The fishing port association, the fisheries labor chief, Funagata's partner, and Uobaka have teamed up to create a restaurant where you can enjoy outstanding fish. While enjoying the sashimi platter, we had a ``discussion'' with the owner about today's catch and fishing techniques. After all, Ginza Funagata's recommendation is ``Fishing selection''. Customers who reserve selection cuisine in advance will receive priority access to the finest ingredients from the catch of the day.

``Ginza Funagata,'' a new but middle-of-the-road fish restaurant run by ``Uobaka,'' which has cultivated its noren curtains in Ginza, is located here. Carefully selected local fish caught this morning in Boso, delivered directly to you every day! Local sake is also delivered directly! The fish tank contains materials that swim. My soul trembles with the moving experience!
