夏バテ対策で、カキとスッポンを食べてみる。
「カキとスッポンのコース」でオーダー。
先付け、生カキ、カキぼグラタンと焼きガキ、スッポンとカキの鍋、スッポンの唐揚げ、甘味の構成。
生カキは2種類の食べ比べ。どちらも美味しいが、大きい種類の牡蠣がなお美味しかった。
カキ料理を楽しみ、メインはスッポンとカキの鍋。スッポンはコラーゲンたっぷり、アミノ酸たっぷり。カキは数秒鍋に入れるほどで食す。素材の美味しさを楽しめる。
飲み物は各種あるが、広島産の日本酒がおすすめ。飲み比べセットもある。
