Kanawa Oyster grown in Daikokukamijima Fukaura in the Seto Inland Sea, which is designated as a clean area by Hiroshima Prefecture (area for eating raw), have an exquisite balance of salty and sweet flavors! We deliver and serve food directly from Hiroshima every day.

A hearty dish made with whole wild sea bream from the Setouchi Inland Sea and cooked in an earthenware pot. We also have a course where you can enjoy sea bream rice cooked in an earthenware pot, so please give it a try.
