本場広島の大ぶりの牡蠣が楽しめるお店。
3年漬けた珍しい牡蠣の塩辛は、小指の先ほどの量で無限にお酒が飲めます。生食用の牡蠣を揚げたフライ・天ぷらは旨味が濃くて味わい深いです。
また、穴子も名物で美味。お造りもあしらいが美しく彩りがあります。そのほか、牡蠣の土手鍋やブランデーをたらして頂く殻付き生牡蠣など、多彩なお料理が楽しめました。
