Born in Tochigi Prefecture in 1969, he discovered the joy of cooking while working part-time at a restaurant while in high school. He went on to study at Hattori Nutrition College and joined "Dino" in Roppongi. He spent five years studying under Chef Satake Hiroshi, deepening his own knowledge. His skills were recognized and he served as chef at Dino's second store for four years. In 1998, he went independent at "Aroma Fresca" and is now demonstrating his talents not only as a chef but also as the manager of two stores.
