Visited ``Ginza Shimada'' in Ginza. This is a popular Standing bar located near Ginza Corridor Street. This time, I visited for a dinner with a good friend of my client. I chose this restaurant because I was on a budget and it was an interesting restaurant. I later found out that although it doesn't have a crown, it seems to be run by a company that is famous for Standing bar. In addition to Standing bar seats, there are also sitting seats, so I made a reservation in advance on Tabelog before visiting. I ordered the "Shunna Course" (6000 yen including tax). It seems like there is a one-drink system, but I think the price is reasonable, including that. There is an L-shaped Standing bar bar and table seats. The restaurant is full and very lively. The proprietress is also bright and lively, and I like this kind of atmosphere. Below, in order. □ Hakata-style spring vegetables. The salmon inside has a strong presence, and there are plenty of vegetables, making it a simple introduction. □ Appetizer Fried Shiba Shrimp is soft and can be eaten with the shell on. Firefly squid vinegared miso is simple, but it goes well with alcohol. □ Sashimi Assortment of tuna, Spanish mackerel, and mackerel. It was a delicious platter with a classic combination. □ Creamy snow crab Croquette Crisply fried creamy Croquette. This is also perfect for snacking with alcohol. □ Today's dish Hot pot with clams, urui, and wakame. A large pot of clams. When you drink alcohol, it permeates your body. □ Karasumi soba Soba noodles topped with plenty of karasumi. They use good quality soba noodles. It was perfectly fried, crispy and delicious. □ Beef tendon tofu (1200 yen tax included) A large pot of tofu, beef, and egg. With its rich flavor, it's a dish you can't miss. □ Sea urchin rice crackers (1,800 yen including tax) The sea urchin could have been a little better, but the seaweed was also fried to a crisp, making it a delicious snack for drinks. This is a general review. The store has a very lively atmosphere, including the heat inside. Each dish is tastefully and simply made, and although it doesn't have a big impact, it's all delicious. The hostess's customer service is excellent, and I think it's a really nice, stylish drinking bar for adults. Considering the price, I thought it was a very popular store.
