銀座と言えば天ぷらのイメージがあるのは私だけ？小料理屋や割烹でランチで楽しみたいのでたくさんランチ情報を調べている。このお店はこの通りで食事した事があるのでメニューを見て写メを撮った。
エレベーターで上がり、店前はちょっと明かりが薄いが営業中の看板が置いてあった。カウンター席があったので案内された。メニューを見ずにふぐはみだし天丼1400円をお願いした。ほうじ茶をいただいたが美味しいお茶である。
サラダ、赤だし、漬物と中鉢には白菜の漬物。ノンオイルドレッシングのサラダには海藻？コリコリとした食感だった。野菜は京野菜を使っていると書いてあった。漬物鉢が2つあるなんて珍しいが、白菜は今まで食べた漬物の中で1番美味しい。これは特別だから中鉢に入れちゃうのだろう。最初後でスープなんか注ぐのかと思ったが味噌汁は付いていた。
ふぐの天ぷらが美味しい。ふわふわの身で何個も乗っかっていた。エビ天より断然いい。野菜天は人参、大葉、ピーマン、なす、いんげんなどがはみ出ていた。ご飯の量はそう多くはないと思うがはみだし天が多くとっても満足した。
おひとりふぐ鍋もあるので食べてみたい。サービス券をもらい3枚集めたらデザートがいただける。次は鍋、そして豚の角煮も食べてみたい。2020年銀座と新橋ランチは今日でおしまい。今年もランチ美味しい年でありました。
