かなり前に歩いていて一階外の看板に惹かれた
メニューの下に盛り塩とネギがある かわいい（笑）
しかもメニューに茄子豆腐揚げ出し定食！茄子！！
これは行くしかないでしょ！と思いながらこの日ここまでやっとたどり着いた（笑）
ビルの最上階七階へエレベーターで
降りてすぐに入り口、ここにも盛り塩とネギ！！
引き戸を引いて中へ入る、一段高くなっているので下足でよいか確認、そのままで大丈夫とのこと
ステキな笑顔で額に検温、アルコール消毒はセルフで

量は多くない、真っ白い粒は小さめだけど水分がたっぷりのしっとりして甘い美味しい米 盛り方で少し圧がかかっている
✳️赤出汁
鯖節がかなり効いているミックスの出汁
✳️香の物
美しい！茄子の色、人参の色、大根の色 、きゅうりの色、一夜漬け風
種類が多いのも嬉しいし美味しい
✳️野菜海藻サラダ
量がなかなか多い ノンオイルしそドレッシングが強い、量がちょっと多すぎるかも
✳️茶碗蒸し 大きめな器でアツアツ
とてもよい香り
ミックスの出汁のよう、美味しい 少しずつの具も鱧？鶏肉、トマト、油揚げ、木木の芽などすべて美味しい 出汁が多くて最後はスープになっていた
✳️茄子豆腐揚げ出し
オレンジ赤の人参（京人参？）がキレイだが、かなり硬くて驚く パプリカは程よい硬さ 出汁が沢山、生姜が効いているが辛くなくて美味しい
茄子は皮がキレイな色で素揚げされていて柔らかく旨味がちゃんと中にある
揚げ出し豆腐は中は水分が切れている、衣の片栗粉がとろける
茄子、油、生姜という相性のよいもののコンビネーションの勝利
美味しくいただいた

ご飯はおかわりできるし、もう少し欲しかったかもだが自重（笑）

会計時にポイントカードをいただいた 3回のポイントでデザートがつくよう お得な感じ ありがとうございます
この時私の後の方は茄子豆腐揚げ出し定食は売り切れと言われていたのでラッキーだった
一階の看板にも店の入り口にも盛り塩とネギがディスプレイされていて可愛らしかった
美しくて美味しく身体に優しい和食ランチでした
