平日0時過ぎに伺いました。
ビルの7階にあり、他に入っているテナントはとても敷居の高そうなお店ばかり。。事前情報がなかったら、まず入ることはなかったと思います。
暖簾をくぐり、検温と消毒を済ますと、カウンターに通されました。
オーダーは、予め決めていたフグのはみ出し天丼(1,400円)です。
待つこと約10分ほどで、揚げたての天丼のお盆がどんと出てきます。なんというボリューム。これで銀座で1,400円はすごい！久々の外ランチだったので、余計に多く感じました。
サラダはニンジンをすりおろしたようなドレッシングがかかっていますが、結構酸っぱい。柑橘系でしょうか？口がさっぱりとしますが、酸味強めに感じました。
お味噌汁は赤出汁。普段は合わせ味噌のお味噌汁なので、飲み慣れてないせいか、やや酸味を感じます。
天丼は、ネタの種類が多く、野菜は5種類以上は入ってました。フグは唐揚げのイメージだと骨が多いと思っていたらフワフワでした。一口サイズが3〜4つ以上入っていて満足感高いです。
タレはご飯までかかっていますが、甘さはなくあっさり。甘くこってりが好きな人にとっては好みが分かれるところ。
茶碗蒸しは繊細でふんわりとして、文句なしの美味しさでした。
お店の雰囲気は格式高く、コスパ良し。
ワンランク上の隠れ家銀座ランチでした。
