It faces Hanatsubaki Street. The brand shop "Atlantis" is located on the first floor of this building. It is next to the brick building Gekkoso. Please make a reservation for approximately 2 to 2 and a half hours for your meal. Please let us know in advance if there are time restrictions. 銀座の「OsteriadaK.[kappa]（オステリアダカッパ）」。ミシュラン3ツ星「鮨よしたけ」が手掛けるイタリアンレストランであり、魚介類の仕入れが同じということで話題となりました。
店内は横に長細い変わった間取りであり、カウンター席が7-8席にテーブルが3卓ほど。礒貝勝成シェフは「キャンティ（CHIANTI）」で腕を磨き「トラットリアミキータ」では料理長を務めたそうです。イタリアや「鮨よしたけ」での修行経験もあったりと、興味深い経歴です。
ワインはボトルで5千円台から始まり、銀座という立地を考えれば価格は控えめ。魚介類が主力のお店だからか、イタリアの白ワインが充実していました。
本日のカルパッチョは馬肉。綺麗な味わいながら鉄分はガッチリとしており、すりおろしたチーズと相俟ってパンチのある前菜です。
スミイカのソテー。絶妙の火加減で、しっとりとした口当たりながらイカの香ばしさも感じられ、まさに絶品。カラスミの旨味も程よく合って、ワインが進むひと皿です。
パンは素朴ながらジュワっとした食感で実にジューシー。私の好きなタイプです。
北海道産生ウニと生のりの冷製バベッティーネ。このパスタは美味しいですねえ。ウニの甘味に海苔の香り、トマトの仄かな酸味が絶妙にマッチ。パスタは冷製としては珍しく平打ちの太麺で、クニクニとした絶妙な噛み応えを放っています。
魚介のラグーのスパゲッティ。海の幸の旨味が活きており、酒の進むパスタです。アワビのむっちりとした食感も料理に心地よいリズムを生み出します。
アクアパッツァは魚を選ぶことができ、キンメを選択。身の美味しさは当然として、滲み出るエキスが一番のごちそう。しかしながら、9,020円という価格設定はいささか高価すぎる気がしないでもありません。
もう少し食べれそうということでスミイカとセロリ葉のジェノベーゼ。パスタはリングイネで、その完璧な茹で具合が完璧な歯ごたえを演出します。緑の旨味も天晴れです。
美味しかった。魚介中心のイタリアンと言えば「IlLato（イルラート）」が最強ですが、当店も中々どうして見事な味わいです。加えて肉の可能性も大いに感じさせるセンスがあり、次回のメインはお肉を注文しようと思います。
ちなみに当店はミシュランのビブグルマンに認定されているのですが、ぜんぜん安いお店ではないのでお気をつけて。
