東銀座、干物で有名な伴助の販売店に併設の和食店。
ランチ難民になりかけたこの日、ふらりと訪店。
12:00過ぎでしたがまだお席がありました。
ランチメニューは平日限定で
3種盛り合わせ定食や開き定食等がありましたが、結構な高価格帯。
悩んで連れも私も銀だら、とろきんき、かれいの三種盛り3200円を。
(後で探したら鯖や赤魚の干物定食が2000円からありました!)
程なくして供されたそれは干物三種の他、具沢山のお味噌汁にごはん、玉子焼き、香の物、それに出汁が。
というのも最後に干物を少しとっておいてそれとごはんとで出汁茶漬けにということ。
干物はどれも脂がのっていて焼き加減もちょうど良い。
具がたっぷりで熱々のお味噌汁に炊き立て感あるごはんでついついどれもたべすぎ・・。
少し残しておいた干物とごはんとのお茶漬けは想像以上に美味しい!
出汁は食べる段階になってからお願いするので熱々なわけで、とても暖まりました。
少々高いけど、あのお茶漬けでかなり好印象に。
干物も買いに行ってみたいです♪
