ランチタイムで探して伺いました。
カウンター8席のお店。
入り口がわかりにくい感じでしたが、綺麗なお店です。
女子も入りやすい。
おすすめのコースをお願いしました。
みなさん、ちょっと量の多いコースをお願いしていました。
はじめに
かつお 玉ねぎのソースピリ辛で美味しい。少ししょっぱい。わたしは、最近塩分に敏感。
子持ちいかもねっとりして美味しい。
次に、白身の昆布締めの木の芽が入り。
春を感じました。なかなか、粋。
そのほかは、テンポよくみなさんとタイミングよく出していただきました。
どれもおいしいのですが、
ひもきゅうが個人的には感動しました。
シャリはちょっとだけ、硬めですが、余韻がある感じが良かったです。
とても、居心地の良い銀座のお鮨やさんでした。
