A 4-minute walk from Ginza Station. We visited Sushi Sugisawa on the 2nd floor of the Showa Eating Building in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The owner, Mr. Keigo Hoho Sugisawa, is from "Ginza Sushi Aoki," one of the most famous sushi restaurants in Ginza, and trained at the restaurant for about 17 years. The restaurant has only eight seats at a white-wood L-shaped counter in a dignified space with wood grain as the basic tone. The weekday nigiri lunch starts at 6,500 yen, a very reasonable price in the Ginza area. The hard-cooked rice vinegar shari is in perfect harmony with the rice and melts in your mouth. The 15-course menu, which includes 2 snacks, 11 nigiri, miso soup, and eggs, is priced at 9,500 yen for the selection course, which is perfectly cosmopolitan. I think this is one of the top sushi restaurants in Ginza area where you can eat under 10,000 yen classic for Edomae Sushi lunch. Next time I will visit for dinner.
