We enjoyed lunch at Sushi Gaku before watching Jushuharu Kabuki. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and I was impressed by the owner's beautiful manners and kind personality, making it a truly pleasant time. I ordered ``Lunch Omakase Nigiri 10 pieces'' (6,600 yen). Chawanmushi in ankake sauce (with ginger) Squid Red shellfish Spanish mackerel Grilled shiitake mushroom nigiri Golden sea bream with kelp Sea urchin hand roll Wasabi stem pickled in soy sauce Chutoro (from Aomori Ohata) Pickled red meat Radish pickled Kohada Bowl Conger eel (halved and salted) (Tsume) Hyo-maki Dashi-maki Tamago The master's skillful technique and the depth of the matured flavor resonate in my DNA and I am moved by it. I received a New Year's card on the way home and was very satisfied. I left the store and headed to Kabukiza, inviting my family and friends to visit again.
