Today we had dinner with a customer who takes care of us on a daily basis. I suddenly needed to find a Japanese-style meal restaurant with private rooms in Ginza, so I contacted a friend's restaurant, but none of them were available. So, I decided to go to this restaurant where you can reserve a private room using Tabelog Sensei. There is only a 30,000 yen course at night, but Tabelog rating is 3.7... I'm reluctant, but since there are no other restaurants, I have no choice but to make a reservation. Entering the store, I was greeted by a lovely kimono madam and entered a private room. Before long, customers entered the store and joined us. I ordered a bottle of champagne and decided to start drinking together. Then, while we were chatting for a while with champagne, a surprise occurred: the staff kept opening the door and checking to see if our glasses were empty. Basically, the idea that ``the staff pours the customer's champagne'' is wonderful. However, if this is done in a small private room where a staff member cannot be present all the time, the menu will quickly turn into a completely unpleasant menu of ``champagne with the staff's casual glances.'' They say, ``I don't need it because I'll pour it here,'' so I want them to trust me and leave it to me. However, other than the shop flyer service, the staff were kind and attentive, and the service from the time I entered the store to the time I left the store was good. The food was generally delicious, and you could tell that the chef took his time and worked carefully. However, since I knew it was a 30,000 yen course, there was no point that would impress me beyond that price. Rather, it was a dish that made me care about trivial things like which of the dishes that were served that day had the most focus on the cost. My initial plan was to have customers say things like ``Happy, Lucky, Love, Smile, Peace, Dream!'' and ``Thank you for the meal'' when they are faced with rare ingredients and eye-catching dishes. I wanted to flip through a positive calendar while imitating a celebrity, saying things like ``There are 2 million kinds of ingredients (appropriately)'', but I couldn't get excited and there were no gags like that. The restaurant's specialty, sesame tofu, is delicious if you eat it without asking about the price, but when you know it's a 30,000 yen course, it doesn't exceed your expectations and makes you shake your head. Maybe I was just expecting a little too much this time. There is a possibility that I will visit this restaurant in the future when I have trouble making reservations. It's not that the food was bad, and I think the service was relatively good, with the exception of Kai!!Otokojuku Yoroshi's ``Kotobuki specialty!!Private room flickering!''. However, I'm sad that I couldn't feel the value beyond the price from this store. It was a day that made me wish that from next time onwards, I would be able to go a step further and explain the key points, rather than just a simple explanation of the dishes.
