After six months of silence, Shiroya Ginza-tei reopened on November 16th. With the renewal, the menu has also been completely changed, and the meat that is the key to Teppan-yaki is centered around "Kitasatsuma Beef", as well as chef-selected "black abalone" and "Ise lobster", as well as seasonal vegetables such as Awaji onions. We have a selection of high-quality ingredients that are carefully sourced from producers. Please enjoy to your heart's content the carefully selected ingredients that are brought to the highest level by the chef's brilliant teppanyaki skills.

As you pass through the reception area, you will find yourself on the main floor, which is made of black marble and exudes a luxurious feel. Beyond that, we also offer ``Hanare,'' where the contrast of white walls and wood grain creates a warm Japanese atmosphere reminiscent of Japanese Cuisine. The all-seat chef's table counter is a special seat where you can enjoy the chef's brilliant teppanyaki cooking up close, with both your eyes and ears. There are three basic courses at Shiroya Ginza-tei. The [Yanagi Course] includes seasonal items and A5 Specially Selected Kuroge Wagyu Beef, and the [Sea Course] where you can enjoy domestically-produced Japanese Ise Shrimp. You can enjoy luxurious dishes such as spiny lobster and black abalone. The ``foie gras and soft boiled conger eel'' that comes with all three courses is also the chef's creation, and the sauce that combines burnt honey and balsamic vinegar perfectly complements the ingredients.

The star of the season is Kitasatsuma Beef, A5 grade Japanese black beef from Kagoshima Prefecture. This high-quality beef has a flavor that has been matured through 30 months of long-term breeding, and is characterized by its fine-grained meat and high-quality fat that melts in your mouth with a low melting point. Other, we carefully select fresh seasonal ingredients from all over the country, and depending on the season, we sometimes serve rare ingredients such as ``natural kueh'' and ``nodoguro.'' We have a wide variety of wines to go with your meals, so please feel free to let our staff know your preferences.
