Our restaurant takes pride in its course meals, where you can enjoy pairing seasonal sake and sushi prepared by the master with sake ordered from all over the country. We use special red vinegar for the rice in our nigiri sushi. The Master's selection Course, which includes 10 types of fish dishes, 10 pieces of nigiri sushi, and all-you-can-drink Japanese sake, is available for 10,000 yen including tax. Other dishes, including the ``Master selection Deluxe Course,'' which comes with an assortment of luxurious sashimi, and the `` soft-shelled turtle Crab Hot Pot Course,'' which is served with a special soup stock.

At the Haneda market, we have adopted a unique distribution system that utilizes our own cargo handling area at Haneda Airport and flights. We are particular about high-quality products that have been thoroughly treated to remove blood and nerves, and we purchase them directly from fishing grounds across the country. Fresh fish caught six hours in the morning, delivered by air, is served with seasonal sake and nigiri sushi made by our master chef.
