しかも日本酒は30種類ほど取り揃えていて、どれもこだわりの酒ばかり。地元のレア酒「鳳凰美田」も呑ませていただきました！
スタッフの方々の、きめ細やかな対応も素晴らしく、最高の2時間を過ごせました。

銀座でこのコスパは神！
2回目の訪問です。
誕生日などの記念日に、回らない寿司屋さんに行くことが多いです。
ここは、平日のみの営業ですが、上手く時間を作れば、仕事終わりでも来れますね！
さて、コースメニューはというと、重箱に入ってくる先付けと寿司10貫をメインに食しながら、日本酒をペアリングする感じです。
日本酒の種類が多く、ホールスタッフさんがおすすめを出してくれます。（以前、いきなり自分の好みである辛口をオーダーし、せっかく考えてペアリングしてくださる、店員さんを困らせてしまいました）
大将との会話も、すごく楽しめました。
ニューヨークで働いていた経験は、かっこいいです。
リーズナブルかつ、妥協のない職人の技を、目の前で見ながら、美味しい寿司と日本酒を嗜めることは、この上ない幸せです。
隣のお客さんがやっていた、追加料金で注文を真似して、ウニを頼んじゃいました 笑
