午前の仕事を終えランチでこちらに訪問。
予定より早めに終わってしまい、前倒しして頂きました。

墨イカは藻塩がふってあって相性ばっちり！
バフンウニとイクラはビジュアルが良すぎて宝石みたい。イクラをよく見るととびっ子も入ってました。
バフンウニとても濃厚でした。あの木箱に入ってるやつ丸ごと食べたい（笑）
うなぎとシラスの茶碗蒸しは、うなぎと茶碗蒸しの組み合わせが意外にも美味しくてびっくり！甘だれと相性が良くてうまーっ！！
ランチとしてはデザートまで出して頂いて満足なボリュームでした！
仕込みをしていた板前さんと私たちに握ってくださっていた板前さんのやりとりも面白くて楽しく過ごせました。
大きいブロックの本マグロを捌いてるところも見ました。大トロ中トロなど場所を教えてくださって一目で見てわかるのすごいなーとか思いました。
予約も割と取りやすそうではあったのでまた来たいと思います。
