"Kanawa Kobako" brand crabs with A-rank tags landed at Kanazawa Port are available for a limited time from November 6th until the end of December. It is so rare that it is difficult to obtain even at local restaurants, and its flavor is said to be exceptional. In addition, high-quality fresh fish caught on the same day is delivered directly from Uejima Shoten in the Kanazawa Port Iki-Iki Fish Market several times a week. You can also enjoy rare fish in Tokyo. We also recommend the seasonal selection course where you can choose your main grilled dish.

The Nodoguro clay pot rice, topped with a luxurious salt-grilled fatty Ishikawa prefecture Nodoguro, goes well with the texture of the Jerusalem artichoke konpei and is delicious. The tempura is made with Noto Oyster packed with umami and coated with sticky and textured seaweed called gibasa, and is served with Oku-Noto fried sea salt. This is a masterpiece where you can feel the sea of Noto. Yamazaki's standard pork cutlet, fried in rice flour breadcrumbs, can be takeaway if you make a reservation at least one day in advance. Enjoy it with our homemade salt koji sauce and plenty of shiso leaves, which have been available since we opened.
