大分県のアンテナショップレストラン。
アンテナショップというにはあまりに本格的！
臼杵の灰石を使った床が宇佐八幡宮を模した竈に至るアプローチ、天井の升目、デザインが凝っていて眺めていて飽きない。デザイン一つ一つが意味を持っているようだ。
・八寸
河豚の煮凝り（秋の龍田川をイメージ）、だし巻き、イワシの糠煮など。
・ローストビーフ
色鮮やかで柔らかくジューシー。
・半生唐墨
ご飯のお供に。いくらでもおかわりできそう。
・炊き込み白米ご飯と味噌汁
和食の原点のような献立で元気がチャージ出来た。
接客も素晴らしい店、頑張って欲しい。
